Air Conditioning Engineer in Basildon, Essex

Location: London / Home Counties – within approximately 25–30 miles of Central London
Salary: Up to £45,000–£50,000 DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week
Overtime: 1.5x Saturday / 2x Sunday
Benefits: Company vehicle, paid holidays, door-to-door travel pay
Call-Out: No call-out rota

The Role

The role will involve the installation, commissioning and servicing of a range of air conditioning systems, including:

• VRV/VRF systems

• Split systems

• Multi-split systems

• Other commercial air conditioning equipment

You will need to be confident working independently without supervision, while also being comfortable working alongside an apprentice or as part of a wider team.

About You

• Strong experience in air conditioning installation

• Competent with VRV/VRF systems

• Experience with split and multi-split systems

• Able to work independently and manage your own workload

• Good fault-finding and technical ability

• Professional and customer-focused

• Full UK driving licence

• Ideally based within 25–30 miles of Central London

• Salary dependent on experience and ability, with up to £45,000–£50,000 available for the right person
