There is an exciting new opportunity with SmartResponse Media to grow your skill set rapidly in our specialist TV media buying and production agency business as an Account Manager/Media Analyst. SmartResponse are a fast-growing full service direct response television (DRTV) agency offering end to end TV Advert Creative Production, Media Buying/Planning for short and longform TV airtime and state of the art campaign analysis to our diverse client base. DRTV is primarily a performance marketing media, as such analysis forms a core part of any Account Management role & any successful candidate will therefore have an aptitude for numbers and be able to read into analysis to inform campaign optimisations for our clients.

SmartResponse are an independent company founded in 2015 and our clients include some large ‘Household Name’ brands as well as growing Start-Up companies. SmartResponse Account Manager/Media Analyst Requirements:

  • Experience in DRTV would be fantastic, experience in TV media buying would be beneficial but we will also consider outstanding Graduates who are quick to learn and keen to develop a career in this fast‑paced agency.
  • Mathematically able with a problem‑solving mentality in a fast moving and dynamic working environment.
  • Highly competent at using Excel for analytical data purposes.
  • Experience with Power BI reporting would be an advantage.
  • An aptitude for creating sophisticated Presentations and a keen eye for detail is important.
  • A logical thinker with a can‑do, self‑starter, problem solving attitude.
  • Hard working, conscientious, good humoured and flexible.
  • A degree in Marketing, Mathematics or Economics is desirable but certainly not essential.

SmartResponse Account Manager/Media Analyst Job Spec:

  • Assisting with all aspects of administration of TV media buying/planning function.
  • Communicating succinctly and clearly with clients, by email, telephone and in meetings, regarding their campaign coordination and optimisations.
  • Supporting our Head of Account Management and Media Director to provide detailed TV campaign analysis that can be presented to clients.
  • Reviewing competitor data using BARB and drawing conclusions and making client recommendations.
  • Liaising with Traffic Departments of broadcast media owners to obtain spots schedules and to ensure accurate delivery of TV media airtime.

This is a unique opportunity to learn a broad range of skills in the media industry as well as having variety in day-to-day work.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Dependent on experience, includes generous Profit Related Bonus scheme and additional employee benefits.
