Smart Recruitment is currently seeking a Facilities Worker to join our client\’s team in Crewkerne.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and willing to support the smooth running of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with general maintenance and facilities duties

  • Removing swarf bins and site waste

  • Supporting machine TPM activities

  • Manual work including bin removals

Requirements:

  • Forklift licence preferred (but not essential)

  • Strong work ethic and ability to carry out physically demanding tasks

  • Flexible and proactive approach

Benefits:

  • Competitive pay of £12.70 per hour

  • Day shifts with shorter Fridays
