Our client—a nurturing, semi-independent provider supporting young people aged 16–18—is seeking a super-organised, proactive Office & HR Support Coordinator to join their close-knit team in Rugby. This is a people-focused, detail-driven role with space to grow, influence and thrive. Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing Office Administration • Keep daily operations running smoothly from the Rugby office. • Manage funding records, personal allowances, and petty cash with precision. • Own office systems: scheduling, record-keeping, supplies, spreadsheets. • Collate and analyse data for monitoring, reporting, and service evaluation. Internal HR Support (Non-Recruitment) • Assist with staff onboarding, induction planning, and document coordination. • Maintain staff records: absence logs, training records and compliance checks. • Be a friendly point of contact for internal HR support and wellbeing initiatives. • Coordinate in-house staff support and mentoring programmes. Who You Are • A warm and positive communicator with great people skills. • Highly organised and proactive—you thrive under pressure and love structure. • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel). • Experienced in admin, preferably in health, social care or community support. • Some experience in community care or support work is a real bonus. • Confident with numbers and able to manage cash handling, funding logs, and basic finance tasks. • A collaborative team player who supports colleagues and adapts easily.
