If the answer is YES!,\\nWE NEED YOU.\\nOur client, a semi-independent provider of accommodation and bespoke support services for 16- to 18-year-olds is seeking a Live In Youth Support Worker to join their friendly team.\\nThey have homes in Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Birmingham and they currently offer a working pattern of 3 days on and 4 days off alternating with 4 days on and 3 days off, in a live in arrangement for that period.\\nWhy a Live-In Role?\\nThis is more than just a job—it’s a chance to be part of a young person’s journey every step of the way. As a live-in support worker, you’ll benefit from:\\n * Stronger Relationships – Build deeper, more trusting connections through consistent, day-to-day interactions.\\n * Holistic Support – Support young people through all aspects of daily life—from school routines to late-night check-ins.\\n * Rent-Free Accommodation – Comfortable on-site housing is provided, reducing living costs and commuting stress.\\n * Skill Development – Gain hands-on experience in trauma-informed care, safeguarding, and youth mentoring.\\n * Stability for Young People – Your presence offers the consistency and security many teenagers have been missing.\\nThe Youth Support Worker is expected to help the young people live independently and access local services available to them as well as provide practical support such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, shopping and maintaining good personal hygiene.\\nQualifications and Experience\\n * NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or above; or currently working towards.
