At Legal & General, Reward plays a critical role in helping us attract, retain and motivate talented people. We're looking for a Senior Reward Business Partner to join our team and partner closely with leaders across Retail Insurance and Group Functions. This is a broad, visible role offering the opportunity to influence reward decisions, shape reward strategy and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business. You'll work directly with experienced reward professionals and gain exposure to complex reward challenges, governance activity and strategic projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with business leaders and HR teams on reward matters
- Advising on hiring, promotions, retention and pay decisions
- Leading annual compensation review activity
- Conducting market benchmarking and reward analysis
- Supporting reward governance and committee activity
- Developing reward recommendations and business cases
- Contributing to reward strategy and regulatory projects
- Building trusted relationships across HR, Finance and the wider business
