We're looking for a QHSSE Business Partner to support a diverse range of business lines across the UK, including Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food, Environmental, Asbestos and related industries.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Partnering with operational teams to promote a strong QHSSE culture across multiple business lines
- Conducting site visits, audits, inspections and compliance reviews
- Supporting risk assessments, safe systems of work and legal compliance activities
- Leading and supporting incident investigations and corrective actions
- Assisting with the development and improvement of management systems
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and driving positive change
- Supporting the delivery of SGS's sustainability, quality and safety objectives
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about safety, quality and continuous improvement, with the confidence to influence others and build strong working relationships across a complex business. You may already be working as a QHSSE Advisor, HSE Manager, Quality Manager, Compliance Manager or Business Partner and be looking to take the next step in your career within a global organisation.
What We're Looking For:
- Essential: Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
- Experience conducting internal audits, driving compliance and supporting management systems
- Experience managing incidents, investigations and corrective actions
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
