The predicted salary is between 25920 - 31680 £ per year.

The vacancy is for dual site, EUK5 and EUK1. We require day and night chefs for both sites. This will include:

  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes according to established recipes and culinary standards.
  • Collaborate with the head chef or kitchen manager to ensure the timely execution of menu items, maintaining consistency and quality across all dishes.
  • Assist in all areas of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation, while adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Adapt quickly to changing circumstances, such as adjusting to different kitchen environments, menus, and dietary restrictions, while maintaining high standards.
  • Effectively manage time and prioritise tasks to meet service deadlines, ensuring minimal disruption to the overall kitchen operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment, providing assistance and guidance when required.
  • Strictly adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage, handling, and labeling of ingredients to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of food preparation and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet the established standards of taste, texture, and appearance.
  • Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels, notifying the appropriate personnel of any shortages, and assisting in the ordering process.
  • Share knowledge and culinary skills with other team members, providing guidance and support to promote continuous improvement.
