We are looking for experienced Project Planner's (Senior or Associate Director level) to join our Infrastructure team in Adelaide, Australia. This role supports a critical infrastructure program as part of a nationally significant endeavour and will play a critical part in planning and project controls. We are looking for talented professionals with Nuclear experience.
As a Project Planner, you will:
- Develop and maintain detailed construction programs and the Master Schedule.
- Integrate scheduling with reporting and broader project controls functions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across planning, pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on schedule performance, progress, and forecasts.
- Conduct schedule quality checks, critical path analysis, and delay/forensic reviews.
- Present schedule insights through dashboards and summary reports.
Qualifications
In order to be successful in your application, you will need:
- Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain (or currently hold) an Australian Security Clearance OR be a UK citizen with current Security Clearance OR US citizenship with the relevant Defence clearance.
- Willingness to relocate to Adelaide, Australia.
- Proven experience as a Project Planner, Scheduler, or Schedule Manager on major infrastructure projects (e.g. rail, utilities, aviation, civil, ports, transport).
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, with exposure to tools such as Safran, Acumen Fuse, Primavera Risk, and Power BI.
- Experience working in both consultancy and client-side environments.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from Project Directors.
