Job Description
We’re looking for a Paid Social Senior Executive to join our growing team and look after the GBR & PAC regions.
This role is a unique opportunity to join a team who have done some pretty awesome stuff to date, including working closely with social media platforms to pilot new measurement and optimisation techniques, invited to work on Alpha and Beta products for multiple vendors, delivering best-in-class creative and building bespoke tools to manage and analyse data.
It’s a challenge and a steep learning curve, but you’ll have the support of a strong, friendly and committed team.
Wise has already pioneered new ways for people to live international lives and seamlessly deal with multiple currencies.
Your mission is to help us ensure that every Social Media user who has a need to send, receive, spend or hold money in another currency knows about and trusts Wise.
So what's the role?
- Building and optimising campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Reddit, and Snapchat. Analysing what’s working and what isn’t, and continually testing new ideas.
- Managing the Paid Social activity in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, validating new opportunities to drive incremental growth and working closely with cross-functional teams to make it happen, whilst ensuring performance meets sustainability goals.
- Playing a strong role in both direct response and brand strategy and executing each to ensure the region and the channel flourish.
- Working closely with our creative teams to produce best-in-class creative to portray our story, educate people on hidden fees, and present Wise as the clear solution.
- Working closely with analysts on spotting data issues, testing and validating assumptions, proposing and leading incrementality tests, and assessing data sets for actionable insights.
- Working closely with our platform representatives to ensure we stay ahead of the curve and are kept at the forefront of industry innovations.
Qualifications

- A head for numbers, and the ability to spot problems and draw conclusions from data.)
- A strong communicator comfortable expressing their ideas and challenging others.
- The ability to prioritise what’s most important and make calculated decisions.
- High-level experience running ads on Meta and Tik Tok.
It would be great if you also had experience with the following
- Mid-level experience running ads on Pinterest, X, Linked In or any other social media marketing platform.
- Working on the UK, or Pacific markets.
- Working in a fast-paced digital business or startup.
- You speak a second language.
