The predicted salary is between 18000 - 25000 £ per year.
Interface between the customer and our central logistics organisation in all aspects, (i.e. replenishment, transport, and warehouse). Proactive tracking and monitoring of customer orders and delivery dates with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction. Implementation, follow-up and project management of solutions for customer requirements. Management of automated 2-Way Electronic Data Interchange between Bosch and customers, (i.e. orders, confirmations, etc.). Close coordination and collaboration with the sales team. Monitoring stock levels, proactive follow-up of discrepancies. Creation and analysis of KPIs and definition of corrective measures. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Supply Chain; process improvements using digitalisation and automation tools. Deriving recommendations for action using data analysis/interpretations (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).
Qualifications
- Education (Bachelor/Master) in Supply Chain or related field.
- Eager to learn about AI, automation tools, digitalisation and data.
- Customer oriented and passionate about customer service.
- Structured and organised, with the ability to communicate at several hierarchy levels.
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Able to multitask and be flexible.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally where needed.
- Interest in engineering, innovation and/or the automotive industry is beneficial.
- Knowledge of SAP, Power Apps, and previous supply chain experience is desirable.
Additional Information
On offer is a competitive salary and pension contributions, with a great package of benefits including annual bonus, a health cash plan, life assurance and other discounted benefits. This is a fixed term role over 18-24 months (depending on the length of study/course provider). There may be the option to study remotely but there is a requirement to work in the Nuneaton office 2/3 days per week. You must have the pre-existing right to live and work in the UK at the start date of the role and for the duration of the apprenticeship scheme. You must meet this eligibility criteria at the start date of the course. To be eligible for the apprenticeship, candidates must have achieved a grade 4 (C) or above in both Maths and English at GCSE level.
