We are looking for experienced complex carers to support a gentleman with a spinal cord injury who requires a multitude of clinical interventions. This can include continence care, medication administration, specialist moving and handling, and assistance with personal care. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same as we are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals with strong emotional resilience to join a brand new team. This position offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference while working alongside a supportive and experienced management team, where flexibility, reliability, and consistency is key.

Qualifications:

  • Spinal Injury Experience (in particular Autonomic Dysreflexia)
  • Bowel Management (administering suppositories)
  • Medication Administration
  • Moving & Handling Equipment
  • Clear Communication Skills
  • A full valid UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle, due to the location and transport links
