The Role: Supporting clients in Caerphilly, Machen, Pentwyn, Bargoed, Penybryn, Ystrad Mynach, Llanbradach, Blackwood, Markham, Treharris and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.

Your role is powered by Cera Tech - our predictive technology that reduces admin and helps prevent hospitalisations, so you can focus on caring. With flexible shifts available across mornings, days, evenings and nights, plus every other weekend off, we aim to support a positive work life balance.

Registration: In Wales, all social care staff register with Social Care Wales (SCW). The annual fee for this is covered by the employer. You must achieve a recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification within your first 3 years. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
