We’re looking for a high-calibre FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team in Bristol. This is a key business partnering role, driving financial planning, performance insight, and strategic decision-making across a complex, project-driven environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning
- Building financial models, scenarios, and sensitivity analysis
- Delivering clear, insightful reporting on P&L, cash flow, and KPIs
- Driving variance analysis and identifying key performance drivers
- Partnering with operational and commercial teams to influence decisions
- Translating complex data into actionable business insight
- Monitoring performance, costs, margins, and profitability
- Supporting financial close with high-quality analysis
- Improving financial processes, systems, and reporting frameworks

Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
- 3–5 years’ experience in FP&A, Controlling, Reporting, or Audit
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- SAP experience preferred, plus exposure to BI tools (Power BI, EPM, BW)
- Strong analytical mindset with a commercial focus
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
