What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage a portfolio of New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept through to delivery.
- Drive programme alignment with Rotork’s strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Executive Sponsors and Business Leads to ensure stakeholder engagement and programme success.
- Oversee programme resources, timelines, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Ensure adherence to stage-gate processes, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests to maintain momentum and mitigate challenges.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
Qualifications & Technical knowledge:
- Significant experience delivering complex and critical programmes and projects.
- Proven leadership of large, multi-disciplinary project teams.
- Experience operating within structured stage gate / product development processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk, complexity, and ambiguity.
- Strong stakeholder management at senior level.
- Ability to translate strategic intent into actionable cross-functional plans.
- Experience working with client and internal stakeholders alongside external vendors and consultants.
