You will provide Tier 1 level IT support to resolve issues allocated by the Service Desk Manager. The successful candidate will be joining a bustling and proactive environment, contributing your expertise to the seamless operation of IT services. Sound interesting? Read on… As the IT Support Engineer / IT Support Technician you will be responsible for working with all interested parties to establish effective relationships between stakeholders, including relationships between technology functions and their end users.
