Smart Power are looking for a qualified electrician to join our team carrying out mainly domestic electrical work across Cottingham, Hull, East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. This is a local role with steady work, good office support and a business that is set up to make life easier for engineers.
The work includes:
- EV charger installations
- Consumer unit upgrades
- Fault finding and repairs
- Kitchen electrical work
- Sockets and lighting installations
- Small installation projects
- General domestic electrical work
There may also be occasional light commercial or industrial work where needed.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing a proper job in customers’ homes. You need to be clean, tidy, professional and reliable. This is not the role for someone who wants to rush in, throw the job in and disappear.
Working pattern
We can be flexible for the right person, including:
- Full-time
- Full-time over 4 days
- Part-time options considered

Pay and package
- £19–£23 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
