We are headquartered in Barcelona with our biggest growth markets being London, Madrid and Lisbon.

Our Global Business Development team is growing and we’re searching for a talented and ambitious Sales Executive to join our UK team, based out of London.

The opportunity:

Strong career growth opportunity as we are scaling an exciting product in a fast growing UK service market. This is an great opportunity if you have proven track record creating leads and/or selling solutions to the most important Residential and Office Real Estate Investment Managers, asset managers and big corporations in London, using a client-centric consultative approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring the quality of the leads
  • Part of the UK bus-dev team originating, managing and closing deals: you will move the deals down the sales funnel, maximising conversion rate and learning what works and what doesn’t
  • Liasing with current clients periodically. You will be responsible for communicating with HQ and your local team to solve current client enquiries.
  • Being part of UK team to identify growth and development opportunities

You will fit in perfectly with us if you have:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of proptech or similar sales experience in the RE sector
  • Have a strong institutional real estate network in London (facility managers / asset managers / big RE portfolios)
  • Are interested in innovative solutions and passionate about the Smart Point product and what it offers to its clients and users
  • Are a people person and enjoy networking and doing sales outreach
  • Are comfortable working in a structured and professional manner working to a clear and documented lead & sales processes with clear KPIs.
  • Are creative and inquisitive
  • Have a positive spirit, think big and are willing to work within our company values: Respect, Integrity and Productivity
