Building the ecosystem behind smarter buildings. Smart Point is a fast-growing prop-tech company redefining how people interact with buildings. Our amenities platform connects residential and office buildings with brands, services, and experiences — creating an ecosystem where buildings, partners, and users all benefit.

As we scale in the UK, we’re looking for a high-calibre Partnerships & Ecosystem Manager to help grow and manage both sides of the platform:

  • Brand and service partners joining the ecosystem
  • Property owners and asset managers adopting and expanding the platform

This is a hands-on commercial role with real ownership, visibility, and impact.

About the Role

You’ll sit at the intersection of partnerships, business development, and client engagement. On one side, you’ll identify, negotiate, and launch partnerships with brands and service providers that become part of our amenities offering. On the other, you’ll work with building owners and asset managers to explain the product, shape commercial proposals, and support adoption and growth.

This role suits someone commercially sharp, confident in senior conversations, and motivated by building long-term value rather than purely transactional sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
    • Identify, engage, and negotiate with brands and service providers aligned with Smart Point’s amenities platform.
    • Build partnership proposals and close commercial agreements.
    • Oversee onboarding and launch of partners in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
  • Client Commercial Engagement
    • Work with building owners, asset managers, and operators to communicate Smart Point’s value proposition.
    • Support commercial discussions, proposals, and expansion opportunities with clients.
    • Act as a trusted commercial point of contact alongside senior leadership.
  • Marketing & Positioning Support
    • Contribute to partnership-led marketing initiatives, case studies, and launch campaigns.
    • Help refine messaging and positioning for partners and clients.
    • Identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the ecosystem.
    • Help shape scalable commercial processes as the UK business grows.

About You

  • 3–5 years experience in partnerships, business development, commercial, or growth roles.
  • Strong academic background in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
  • Comfortable working with both partners and clients in a B2B or platform environment.
  • Marketing or PR experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communicator, confident presenting to and building trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and well organised.
  • Interest in prop-tech, SaaS, marketplaces, or platform businesses is a plus.

Why It Matters

You’ll help shape the commercial engine of Smart Point in the UK — defining which partners join the ecosystem, how buildings adopt the platform, and how value is created on both sides of the marketplace. This role offers real responsibility, exposure to leadership, and a clear path into more senior commercial or partnerships roles as the company scales.
