E-commerce Marketplace Executive Listings Administrator
We are looking for an organised and commercially minded Amazon & eBay Marketplace Listings Administrator to manage and improve our online product catalogue.
The role will involve creating new listings, maintaining existing listings, managing product variations, improving product information and ensuring that listings across Amazon and eBay are accurate, complete and optimised for customers.
We sell a large range of plumbing, heating, building and trade products, so attention to detail and the ability to manage a large product catalogue are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new Amazon and eBay product listings.
- Update and improve existing listings.
- Write clear and accurate product titles, descriptions and bullet points.
- Add and maintain product specifications, dimensions, colours, sizes and variations.
- Upload and organise product images.
- Create and maintain variation listings such as different sizes, colours, pack quantities and lengths.
- Check listings for missing or incorrect information.
- Ensure SKUs, barcodes, product codes and marketplace information are entered correctly.
- Maintain consistent product information across Amazon and eBay.
- Use Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub to manage listings.
- Work with spreadsheets and bulk-upload templates to create and update large numbers of listings.
- Identify suppressed, inactive, incomplete or problematic Amazon listings and help resolve them.
- Monitor listing errors and marketplace notifications.
- Check competitor listings and improve our product presentation where appropriate.
- Improve listing titles and content to increase search visibility and conversion.
- Ensure listings are placed within the correct Amazon and eBay categories.
- Assist with Amazon brand and catalogue issues where required.
- Maintain accurate records of products and listing changes.
- Work with the warehouse and management team to ensure listed products accurately reflect the products being sold.
- Assist with the ongoing organisation and cleanup of our Amazon and eBay catalogue.
