Smart Pension is seeking a Head of Retirement Proposition to lead the end‑to‑end retirement strategy for our Master Trust.

You will own the roadmap, balance commercial execution with strong member outcomes, and guide the journey through UK regulatory changes with a digital-first focus.

You will drive data‑led design, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and act as a subject matter expert in retirement propositions, ensuring value for money and compliant governance.
