THE ROLE
As a Product Manager at Smart, you won’t just manage a roadmap, you will define the future of retirement technology. We are looking for a visionary to scale our cloud-native, PaaS administration platform Keystone - a solution built by experts to replace the industry’s legacy complexity with elegant, automated simplicity. In this role you will go beyond basic features to where self-service and operational automation are the DNA of the role. You will design the logic that integrates back-end pension management with real-time CX and operation systems to create proactive, self-service experiences for all users of the platform, from Keystone operators to the customers who save.

You will transform the UK’s fastest-growing pension sector into a frictionless, digital-first experience. Your mission is to replace manual complexity with predictive, automated brilliance.
