Weâre looking for a talented and versatile Junior Brand Designer to help bring our brands (Keystone and Smart Pension) to life across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Brand Studio Manager, this is a key role within our growing global business, delivering high-quality, consistent, and engaging creative across digital and offline channels.
You will be responsible for designing a wide range of creative assets for our core brands, across a range of channels digital and offline. Youâll work closely with marketing colleagues and wider teams across the business, translating briefs into compelling visual solutions that align with Smartâs brand guidelines. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organised designer with a strong eye for detail and a passion for brand. Experience in financial services is not required, but a strong portfolio and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Design and create branded assets across multiple channels, including:
- Digital banners and paid ads
- Email templates
- Infographics and other visual assets
- Slide presentations (Google Slides)
- Social media content
- Print and offline materials
Support the Brand Studio Manager in maintaining and evolving the Keystone and Smart Pension brands across all external and internal communications. Ensure all creative work aligns with the brandsâ visual identity and brand guidelines. Work closely with stakeholders across marketing and the wider business, taking briefs from concept through to final delivery. Produce simple scale motion graphics for digital channels where required. Develop and adapt creative assets for different markets, formats, and platforms. Manage and update design files and assets within the marketing collateral library. Support the creation and maintenance of assets and templates for use across the business. Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standard(s).
The skills, experience, and aptitudes we are looking for are listed below but please donât be discouraged from applying if you donât meet every single one of these criteria â having a âcan doâ attitude is sometimes more important than being able to tick every box:
- At least 1-2 yearsâ experience in a graphic design role in an agency or inhouse role.
- Qualifications in design or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (mandatory).
- Basic level motion graphics experience using tools such as After Effects or equivalent.
- Experience designing for a variety of digital and print mediums.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand, digital, and multi-channel design work.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high standard of finish.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing deadlines.
- Highly creative with the ability to generate original and effective visual idea(s).
