This is a great opportunity for someone with workplace pensions experience to help bring Smart Pension’s communications proposition to life. You will also share that work with clients through pitches and presentations. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver communication campaigns end to end, from concept and planning through to launch, tracking and reporting.
- Build creative concepts that bring pensions to life and engage members, with a focus on transfers, contributions and personalisation.
- Craft clear, engaging member communications across channels that turn complex pension topics into simple actions.
- Organise and analyse campaign data to target the right members, measure engagement and shape future campaigns.
- Plan delivery timelines and work with colleagues across the business to make sure campaigns land on time and to a high standard.
- Support client pitches and presentations by preparing materials and sharing campaign examples and results that show the impact of our approach.
