At Smart, our mission is to transform retirement, savings and financial wellbeing across all generations and around the world. The Brand Studio Manager runs our internal agency team, working across Smart, Smart Pension and Keystone. The role is essential to maintain brand consistency as the company expands globally.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Brand Studio team, including prioritisation and trafficking of key projects.
- Develop and manage the creative process for briefs from intake to delivery.
- Stakeholder management across the business to move designs from concept to completion.
- Create and oversee brand, tone of voice and messaging guidelines for use across the business.
- Ensure internal and external marketing materials align with visual identities (web, digital, brochures, event materials, merchandise, promotional items).
- Maintain Google‑Suite templates for colleagues (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
- Develop and manage the brand identity and guidelines for all three brands, including any rebrand or evolution.
- Organise and keep the marketing collateral library up to date.
- Outline development plans for the creative team and identify gaps or new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Design or a similar field.
- Advanced Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
- Experience managing a brand, including visual identity.
- Portfolio of work demonstrating design for differing media.
- Excellent Google‑Suite skills – Docs, Slides and Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working to tight deadlines.
- Creativity and ability to produce innovative ideas.
- Team‑management experience.
