As part of this dynamic, client-facing department, you\’ll be the heartbeat of our business – delivering high-impact, tailored support to a key client account daily.Key Responsibilities and Skills Your day-to-day will involve:Collaborating and innovating to deliver comprehensive and seamless support across a variety of tasks and projects for stakeholders.Managing key tasks with excellence, including diary management, scheduling, and handling email correspondence.Supporting business growth by identifying inefficiencies and proactively recommending process improvements.Building relationships as a trusted partner to your client, anticipating needs and consistently exceeding expectations.Staying adaptable and approaching new challenges with a solution-driven mindset.Experience We\’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, is passionate about redefining what it means to deliver world-class PA and admin support, and can manage their own time and workload effectively.Essential: Proficiency in MS Office, proven experience in diary management, data handling, and project coordination.Desirable: Familiarity with Google Suite, CRM platforms, and booking systems, background in office management or similar.What\’s in it for you?
