Important: This position is strictly for candidates with proven experience in UK Home Student recruitment within the higher education sector.

As a British Council–certified consultancy, we work closely with a wide network of UK universities and higher education institutions, providing professional guidance throughout the student recruitment and admissions process.
With offices in London, Birmingham and Manchester, we continue to expand our presence across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and enrol UK Home Students into UK universities and higher education programmes.
- Manage the complete recruitment process, from initial enquiry to successful enrolment.
- Assess student eligibility, academic qualifications and course suitability.
- Convert prospective student enquiries into successful enrolments.
- Maintain effective student follow-ups, application records and recruitment pipelines.
- Achieve individual and team student recruitment targets.
Essential Requirements – Mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of proven professional experience recruiting UK Home Students into UK higher education.
- Demonstrable track record of successful student applications and enrolments.
- Strong knowledge of UK universities, courses, admissions processes and Home Student eligibility.
- Previous experience in a student recruitment agency, education consultancy or university recruitment team.
- Excellent communication, student counselling and lead conversion skills.
- Must currently reside in Manchester or Greater Manchester.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Desirable
- Proven experience in community-based student recruitment and engagement within the UK higher education sector.
- Strong connections and established networks within diverse communities across Greater Manchester and the wider UK.
- Good understanding of community outreach, student recruitment strategies, and local education markets.
- Ability to leverage existing professional and community networks to generate quality leads and achieve successful student enrolments.
