Our services include tailored university and course guidance, document preparation, scholarship support, and admissions preparation. This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive / Student Recruitment Officer based in the London and Birmingham areas, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and building strong relationships with students, universities, and key stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end university application process, providing consultation and guidance to prospective students, monitoring account progress, and ensuring all client needs are handled efficiently and professionally.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are fluent in Romanian, Bulgarian and Portuguese and currently residing in the United Kingdom. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Candidates with existing networks within the Romanian and Bulgarian community and a strong understanding of the European student market will be highly advantageous.

Qualifications
  • Client management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong communication and consultation abilities
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple client accounts
  • Knowledge of university admissions processes and scholarship programs
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing documents, such as personal statements
  • Proficiency in data entry and account monitoring
  • Public speaking or presentation skills for event participation
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; experience in the education sector is an advantage
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or international student recruitment
  • Strong understanding of the UK higher education market (preferred)
  • Romanian/Bulgarian language skills are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships
  • The candidate must already be living in the UK.
  • The candidate must already have the right to work in the UK.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
