Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive/Student Recruitment Officer based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Business Development Manager will oversee client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with students, universities, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end university application process, providing consultation services, monitoring account progress, and ensuring all client needs are addressed efficiently. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will facilitate outreach activities and represent the company in student recruitment events.
Qualifications
- Client management and relationship-building skills
- Strong communication and consultation abilities
- Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple client accounts
- Knowledge of university admissions processes and scholarship programs
- Experience in preparing and reviewing documents, such as personal statements
- Proficiency in data entry and account monitoring
- Public speaking or presentation skills for event participation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; experience in the education sector is an advantage
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or international student recruitment
- Strong understanding of the UK higher education market (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships
- Target-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
