We are currently looking for two Administrative Officers to join our dynamic team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of student support services, contributing directly to their success.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide face-to-face customer service and assist students with their inquiries.
- Make phone calls to students, maintain accurate records and track progress.
- Offer expert guidance on university options, courses and application processes.
- Support applicants with document preparation, CV writing and personal statements.
- Assist with online applications and follow-up communication.
- Coordinate with partner universities and colleges.
- Arrange and prepare students for university interviews.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations.
- Previous experience in an educational environment is preferred.
- A degree or relevant qualification is desirable.
- Proven customer service skills with an excellent telephone manner.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
