Smart Manufacturing Solutions are recruiting for a Formulation & Process Specialist to join a client in the aerospace supply chain. The role combines polymer chemistry with hands-on coating to formulate high-performance epoxy and polyester adhesives and operate a roll-to-roll coating line on thin foil and film substrates.
You will optimise adhesive systems, manage line tension and coat weights, and perform peel, immersion and bend tests to verify bond integrity, while documenting batch.
