We are recruiting on behalf of our client, Seaham Hall, home to the award-winning Serenity Spa, for a passionate and service-driven Spa Receptionist to join their dedicated team.

This is a key front-of-house role at the heart of the guest journey, where you will create exceptional first impressions and deliver a seamless, luxury guest experience from arrival through to departure.

  • Role & Responsibilities
  • Deliver an exceptional guest journey from pre-arrival to departure
  • Manage spa bookings efficiently, maximising availability and revenue opportunities
  • Complete all reception administration, including guest profiles, payments, and reporting
  • Maintain expert knowledge of spa treatments, packages, and promotions
  • Conduct engaging spa tours for guests
  • Handle guest queries and feedback professionally
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain exceptional presentation standards across reception areas

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer-facing role is desirable (full training provided)
  • Exceptional communication and guest service skills
  • Knowledge use of Microsoft, Windows and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Professional, well-presented, and aligned with luxury brand standards

Hours of Work

Up to 40 hours per week across shifts between 6am–10:30pm, including weekends and bank holidays
