We are looking for an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team. This role involves handling heavy goods and large palletised loads, ensuring the safe and efficient movement, loading, and unloading of stock and materials across the site.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations, meeting delivery deadlines, and upholding our high safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse.
- Manage warehouse inventory using warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting safely.
- Familiarity with materials handling procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid forklift operator certification.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 3:30pm
Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm
