Company Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse /Packing Assembler to join our production and logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality wooden pallets, shipping crates, and bespoke packing solutions to ensure goods are securely prepared for transport. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Job Responsibilities: * Constructing pallets, shipping crates, and cases using a range of hand and power tools. * Packing a variety of finished goods into bespoke crates and cases using hand tools and power tools to ensure items are secure for shipment. * Loading and unloading shipping containers and assisting with the movement of goods throughout the facility * Maintaining a clean and organised work area, contributing to workshop housekeeping and general labouring duties. * Following all health, safety, and environmental procedures, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Job Requirements: * Proven experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment * Competent in the use of power and hand tools. * Physically fit and able to lift and handle materials safely. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy production environment. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 3:30pm Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm Pay Rate : £14.50 per hour
