The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.
To manage and control the maintenance and repair of M&E equipment across multiple blueâchip contracts within the Mobile Portfolio of Smart. Ensuring appropriate and correct operation of assets and that records are maintained in line with Operational, Regulatory and Statutory practice. Deliver a Smart and worldâclass service, have full confidence of the client and team and be a leader of innovation.
Key Duties
- Manage all technical issues.
- Manage agreed KPI and SLA's.
- Responsible for managing the company's H&S and environmental performance on site.
- Plan and implement building shutdowns and complex client project works.
- Responsible for managing the company's quality procedures on site.
- Assist with recruitment of any new staff required on sites.
- Responsible for the technical development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals.
- Manage client relationships on a daily basis.
- Manage all reports.
- Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue.
Qualifications
- Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline; C&G, HNC, HND or higher.
- Background in understanding of budgets and P&L. (not essential)
- Strong critical engineering understanding.
- Previous experience of managing large engineering teams.
- Experience of service delivery in high profile buildings.
