Role Overview
As a Technical Services Manager , you’ll oversee all technical engineering activities across our portfolio, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with industry standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, and service partners to deliver innovative solutions and world-class service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical operations across client sites, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and operational standards.
- Oversee maintenance plans, HV/LV shutdowns, and produce switching schedules.
- Provide technical support, training, and updates to teams and clients.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as a focal point for technical matters.
- Ensure technical policies and processes align with business objectives.
- Support mobilizations, conduct dilapidation reports, and maintain asset condition tracking.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Minimum 2 A-Levels (or equivalent); HNC or higher in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years as a lead engineer in corporate commercial projects or buildings.
- Skills: Strong technical proficiency, leadership abilities, and excellent client relationship management.
- Qualifications: BS7671 18th Edition, C&G2391, or Mechanical & HVAC (desirable).
- Competencies: Financial awareness, operational planning, and risk management expertise.
