The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People & Talent Administrator to join our dynamic People & Culture team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring our employee onboarding and HR processes run smoothly, while creating a seamless experience for new team members from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding for new hires, from contracts to welcome packs.

Manage referencing, vetting, and compliance checks.

Maintain and update employee records in our HR and applicant tracking systems (TeamTailor).

Liaise with hiring managers and ensure all setup requirements for new starters are met.

Provide administrative support across the People & Culture team—organising meetings, preparing documents, and more.

Assist in scheduling interviews, sending offers, and ensuring great communication with candidates.
What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.

Strong attention to detail and confident using Excel and HR systems.

A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (TeamTailor) and HRIS (desirable).

Proactive, organised, and driven by continuous improvement.
