We're currently recruiting for a Van Mobile Electrical Engineer, covering a mixed portfolio of office and retail sites across the South East. This is a great opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking for a straightforward compliance-focused role with a good work-life balance.
The Role
- You'll be responsible for carrying out statutory compliance and basic electrical maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties.
- The work is primarily focused on routine checks and ensuring systems remain safe and compliant.
Duties
- Carrying out statutory compliance tasks (emergency lighting, fire alarms, basic electrical checks)
- Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Attending reactive maintenance tasks when required
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety standards
- Maintaining accurate service records and reports
Requirements
- Electrically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- Experience working within commercial environments (office/retail preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Good understanding of compliance and PPM works

- 1 in 4 call-out rota (£100 standby)
