As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Graphic & Content Designer to help shape the visual identity and storytelling across all our channels.
As the Graphic & Content Designer, you will be the creative heartbeat of our marketing efforts—responsible for designing impactful visuals and crafting compelling content that communicates our brand message and elevates engagement across digital and print platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure that everything we produce is visually consistent, audience-appropriate, and aligned with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design branded assets for digital and print including brochures, social media posts, presentations, internal comms, and client-facing materials
- Create and manage content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media campaigns
- Maintain and evolve SMART’s brand identity across all design touchpoints
- Collaborate on storytelling strategies that convey complex service offerings in visually engaging formats
- Work within project timelines to deliver high-quality visual assets
- Support the marketing team in content planning, execution, and campaign delivery
- Edit images and video clips for use across channels
- Source or create custom graphics, icons, and illustrations
- Assist in the development of templates and toolkits for internal teams
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design and content creation projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Excellent visual storytelling and layout design skills
- Experience in creating content for social media, websites, and email marketing
- Understanding of brand identity and consistency
- Basic copywriting and editing skills
- Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is desirable
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a graphic/content design role
- Experience working within a brand environment or internal marketing team preferred
