We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our high-profile contract in London Bridge. This is a Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 position.

Role Purpose:
You will deliver PPM, reactive, and breakdown works on all site systems. You must have knowledge of air conditioning, UPS, generators, and LV systems, with the ability to fault-find using graphical information and alarm data. Manage engineering assets to ensure no unplanned disruptions and support cost-effective operations. Oversee reactive works to ensure timely response and closure. Develop tools to report on asset and building performance and recommend improvements.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine PPM on all plant in line with site task schedules and asset lists, and address plant faults and defects to maintain equipment in serviceable order.
- Complete reactive tasks across the building, including concessionary stores and fabric-related items, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain suitable spares for maintenance and reactive works, providing parts inventory and estimated timescales for remedial tasks.
- Keep the Computer-Based Maintenance System up to date, with accurate closure of PPM and reactive tickets, and complete and submit all paperwork for reactive and breakdown works.
- Prepare and follow Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to maintain safe working practices, and keep all plant rooms under SMART's responsibility locked, clean, and tidy at all times.
Education and Training:
Formally trained in an electrical or mechanical engineering discipline to City and Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3.
