Role Purpose
To manage and control the maintenance and repair to M&E equipment across multiple blue-chip contracts within the Mobile Portfolio of Smart. Ensuring appropriate and correct operation of assets and that records are maintained in line with Operational, Regulatory and Statutory practice. Deliver a Smart and world class service, have full confidence of the client and team and be a leader of innovation.
Key Duties
- Manage all technical issues.
- Manage agreed KPI and SLAs.
- Responsible for managing the company’s H&S and environmental performance on site.
- Plan and implement building shutdowns and complex client project works.
- Responsible for managing the company’s quality procedures on site.
- Assisting with recruitment of any new staff required on sites.
- Responsible for the technical development of all staff, which will include annual appraisals.
- Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
- Management of all reports.
- Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase contract sales revenue.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Applicants for this role must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering discipline; C&G, HNC, HND or higher.
- Background in understanding of budgets and P&L. (not essential)
- Strong critical engineering understanding.
- Previous experience of managing large engineering teams.
- Experience of service delivery in high profile buildings.
