Role
Purpose: As a Building Performance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, interpreting, and optimising energy usage within our portfolio.
You will analyse different sets of data (energy, mechanical, etc.), trends, and patterns to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, cost savings, and sustainability initiatives.
This role involves working with various stakeholders to implement strategies that align with environmental goals and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyse information from data systems to evaluate assets performance and provide recommendations to enhance maintenance procedures and energy efficiency (new technologies, upgrades etc.).
Perform data analysis and performance assessments to assist the department in quantifying efficiency opportunities on our portfolio.
Monitoring optimisation results on an on-going basis.
Manage continuous implementation of energy efficiency measures throughout the portfolio.
Report on energy consumption analysis, optimisations outcomes, and maintenance planning ensuring liaison with Operational Maintenance team and Professional Services teams to support our portfolio.
Manage energy related queries and investigate on site, including BMS interventions in conjunction with the operational team.
Undertake energy audit/survey across our portfolio to initiate the deployment of data led
