Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in and progressively lead client discovery sessions and requirements workshops, on-site and remotely.
- Produce clear business analysis documentation, process maps, and requirements specifications.
- Build strong working relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Attend client update meetings and contribute to structured progress reporting.
