Veterinary Receptionist

Veterinary Receptionist Our client is a busy Independent mixed Veterinary Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire and they are looking for a happy, caring and self-motivated receptionist who will complement their existing enthusiastic and hardworking team. Duties will include, but are not limited to: * Meeting and greeting clients/customers * Booking appointments * Keeping the reception area and waiting room clean and tidy * Answering and forwarding phone calls * Dispensing medication * Taking payments * Ensuring consulting rooms are clean and fully stocked * Bank, post and lunch runs in to town when required * Admin tasks as required, and occasional cover at branch surgeries This is a full time position and the successful candidate will be required between Monday – Friday (8am – 6.15pm) and some Saturdays (8.45am – 1.15pm). Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given. Please apply with a covering letter and CV.
