Residential Carehome Manager Deerwoods Sanctuary Hall Ltd is a welcoming residential care home that provides high-quality, person-centred care for elderly and frail residents, as well as individuals living with learning disabilities. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Care Home Manager to lead our team and ensure the home delivers outstanding care in line with CQC standards. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, including staff leadership, compliance, care quality monitoring, and building strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals. What we’re looking for: * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or working towards). * Previous experience as a Care Home Manager, Deputy Manager, or senior leader in adult social care. * Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and health & safety. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. * Compassionate, person-centred values and commitment to continuous improvement. Additional requirements: * Enhanced DBS check. * Training in safeguarding, first aid/basic life support, and medication management. * Experience supporting both older people and those with learning disabilities is desirable.
