The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

This is a senior administrative role, managing and running a gentleman’s large property in South Yorkshire, acting as his PA in all his business and private affairs. Maturity, experience, discretion and honesty are key attributes sought, together with good typing skills and general ability and experience in actioning all tasks associated with a small Estate Office.

Negotiable salary dependent on skills and experience, including employer pension contribution. This is a full-time position, substantially office based with possibility to revert to 3-4 days a week with time.

  • Typing/Extensive Dictation
  • Administration
  • Filing
  • Diary and budget management
  • Managing of IT and emails
  • Payroll (through external accountants)
  • Bill Paying
  • Banking
  • Purchase/budgetary control & expenditure of up to £150k
  • Management of house and maintenance staff and property
  • Travel bookings
