Office and Membership Administrator Location: Belfast Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £24,225 to £26,915 We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office and Membership Administrator to join our team and provide vital administrative and CRM support across the organisation. In this role, you will reconcile membership subscriptions, maintain the accuracy of our membership database (CRM), support membership and committee communications, coordinate internal meetings, and deliver excellent service to our members. You will also help maintain website content and support the production of promotional materials and diaries. If you are a skilled administrator with strong IT skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working in a member-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
