At Northampton High School, we are pioneers in girls’ education and aim to reshape the future of learning itself. We are looking for a Head of Marketing and Admissions to join our team. The Head of Marketing and Admissions will be a key member of the school team, leading the delivery of the marketing, communications and admissions plan at school level. With a clear focus on retaining and growing student numbers across all year groups, they will work closely with the Director of Marketing (Cluster) and Head of School, to implement initiatives, nurture warm customer relationships, manage resources effectively and ensure compliance with regulations.
What skills and experience you’ll bring to the role:
- Proven experience in marketing, communications and admissions - experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrable leadership and team management experience
- A strong track record in project management and delivering results across multiple workstreams
- Experience using CRM systems to support customer engagement, data analysis and conversion strategies
- Experience working with digital and social media platforms, content creation and brand management
- Experience managing external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective outcomes
