We require a full-time Administrator to join the team in supporting an Independent Review of Maternity Services at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. This is not a remote or hybrid-working post; applicants will be expected to work from the Chichester Offices, in central Chichester.
Main duties of the job:
- Provide a comprehensive administrative service within the team, including:
- Word processing of all forms of correspondence
- Reports and summaries that are required by the team
- Organise appointments
- Telephone work and maintain filing in both paper and electronic records and inputting and updating service user information.
A Successful Candidate will have:
- A good telephone manner
- An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential for this role.
