Southern Housing are looking to bring on board Multi Trade Technicians, who thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment. The role will be based across London, and you will be provided with a company van for work purposes.
You'll be an essential member of the Direct Repairs department providing a comprehensive, efficient, and responsive property service delivery. You'll successfully deliver the works required to a high quality, and as detailed within the order, to maximise first time fix criteria, appointment objectives, enhance resident satisfaction, with efficient working practices.
What you'll have:
- A proven track record of working in a Housing/Maintenance/Construction industry.
- You’ll possess the relevant trade qualification and/or experience in relation to building maintenance & repairs.
- You’ll have a thorough understanding and commitment to ensure that all relevant health and safety statutory obligations and methods of good practice are effectively incorporated within all operations.
- You must hold a full UK driving licence with no more than six points and with no serious motoring offences in the last 10 years (i.e., CD, DD, DG, DR, IN, MR, TT). You must also have a minimum of two years driving experience. We will undertake driving licence checks on the successful candidate as part of our standard pre-employment checks process.
